Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your CAVA store purchase, we will offer you a full refund on qualifying transactions within 30 days of purchase provided that you return your item purchased from our site in new, unused condition in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, together with your email address, proof of purchase and a brief statement explaining the reason for your return.  Some restrictions apply:  we do not accept returns for gift cards, perishable items (including food) or products marked “final sale.”  Returns must be shipped postage paid to the following address within 30 days of purchase:

If we accept your return for a refund, we will ordinarily process your refund within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when we process your return. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. If the item accepted for return was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the purchase price of your return. Once the returned gift item is received and approved for a refund, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return. We do not refund shipping charges.  *During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for gift cards.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable  At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days pursuant to our returns policy described above and re-order your replacement item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
